一、總則
《人生年輪》(以下稱「本 App」)是一款單機文字型人生模擬遊戲。本 App 不收集、不追蹤、也不將任何個人資料傳送給開發者或第三方。
二、我們收集的資料:無
本 App 不收集任何個人資料,包括但不限於姓名、電子郵件、電話、地址、位置、聯絡人、相片、裝置識別碼或廣告識別碼。本 App 未內建任何分析、遙測、廣告或追蹤工具。
三、資料儲存在你的裝置上
你的遊戲進度、存檔與設定,全部儲存在你裝置本機(App 沙盒內的資料庫)。這些資料不會離開你的裝置,也不會傳給我們。移除本 App 即會刪除這些本機資料。
四、iCloud(選用,由你掌控)
若你的裝置已啟用 iCloud,系統可能把極少量的遊戲進度同步到你自己私有的 iCloud 帳號,以便在你的裝置間銜接。此資料存於你私有的 iCloud、由 Apple 管理、僅你本人可存取;開發者無法讀取。你可於「設定 → iCloud」關閉。
五、App 內購買
選購的付費劇本由 Apple 的 App Store / StoreKit 處理。付款與帳單資訊由 Apple 依其隱私政策處理,本 App 不接觸、不儲存你的付款資料;我們僅從系統得知「某項目是否已購買」以解鎖內容。
六、通知
本 App 可能發送本機通知(例如提醒回來查看每日結算)。這些通知在你裝置上排程,不經任何伺服器,亦不涉及個人資料傳輸。可於系統設定隨時關閉。
七、線上模式
本版的「線上模式」以本機示範資料運作(畫面標示「示範行情」),不連線、不上傳任何資料。
八、追蹤與第三方
本 App 不進行任何追蹤(未使用 ATT/IDFA、無跨 App 或跨網站追蹤)。僅使用一個開源本機資料庫元件(GRDB)於你裝置本機儲存存檔,它不會將資料傳輸到外部。未整合任何廣告聯播網、社群登入或分析服務。
九、兒童隱私
本 App 不收集任何資料,因此也不會收集兒童的個人資料。
十、你的權利與選擇
刪除本機資料:移除本 App。停用 iCloud 同步:於「設定 → iCloud」關閉。由於我們不持有你的任何資料,無需向我們提出存取或刪除請求。

1. Overview
"Year Rings" / "人生年輪" (the "App") is a single-player, text-based life-simulation game. The App does not collect, track, or transmit any personal data to the developer or any third party.
2. Data We Collect: None
The App collects no personal data — no name, email, phone, address, location, contacts, photos, device identifiers, or advertising identifiers. It contains no analytics, telemetry, advertising, or tracking.
3. Data Stays on Your Device
Your progress, saves, and settings are stored locally on your device (in the app sandbox). This data never leaves your device and is never sent to us. Deleting the app deletes it.
4. iCloud (Optional, Under Your Control)
If iCloud is enabled, the system may sync a very small amount of game progress to your own private iCloud, managed by Apple and accessible only to you; the developer cannot read it. Turn it off in Settings → iCloud.
5. In-App Purchases
Optional paid scenarios are handled by Apple's App Store / StoreKit. The App never accesses or stores your payment data; it only learns whether an item was purchased in order to unlock content.
6. Notifications
The App may send local notifications scheduled on your device, which do not go through any server and involve no transfer of personal data. Disable them anytime in Settings.
7. Online Mode
In this version, "Online Mode" runs on local demo data (a "Demo Quotes" badge is shown) and does not connect to any server or upload any data.
8. Tracking & Third Parties
The App performs no tracking (no ATT/IDFA, no cross-app/site tracking). It uses one open-source local database (GRDB) to store saves on your device; it transmits nothing externally. No ad networks, social logins, or analytics.
9. Children's Privacy
Because the App collects no data, it collects no personal data from children.
10. Your Rights & Choices
Delete local data by removing the app. Disable iCloud sync in Settings → iCloud. Since we hold none of your data, no access/deletion request to us is needed.
